RE: Uptown Gift Card Redemption Information

Uptown Gift Cards are available for purchase in our Uptown Administration Office, Unit 221-3531 Uptown Boulevard- next to Ono Poke enter at the red lobby take the elevator to the second floor.
Here are a few reminders about Uptown Gift Cards:
- Uptown Gift Card transactions should be rung through as a Visa payment.
- Please ask your customer what the exact amount of the gift card is.
If they don’t know a quick tip is to advise the customer to log onto our website at www.shopuptown.ca and scroll to the bottom to find Guest Services ‘Check My Gift Card Balance’ alternatively this direct link will take them to www.getmybalance.com
- When putting through a transaction, you must know the exact amount that is available on the gift card If the purchase is higher than the amount on the gift card the transaction will decline.
- Transactions can be rung through as a split payment if the gift card does not cover the full balance.
