Visit our Guest Services office located across from our main circulation/elevator. The Guest Services staff are available on site to provide assistance with parcels, directions, as well as advising customers on upcoming promotions and events. In addition to on site assistance a Guest Services Representative is available in the office to sell you BC Transit Bus Passes and Uptown Gift Cards. If you are in need of a stroller or wheelchair while visiting Uptown, the team would be happy to assist.

Uptown offers the use of a Community Meeting Room to businesses and non-profit groups at a nominal fee. Conveniently located on Level 1 Green next to Guest Services, the Community Room is also available for private bookings. For information and bookings please contact Guest Services.
Amenities include: kitchenette, TV, 12 person boardroom
Fees Half day fee: $50 for business , $25 for non-profit
Full day fee : $100 for business, $50 for non- profit
