Visit our Guest Services office located across from our main circulation/elevator. The Guest Services staff are available on site to provide assistance with parcels, directions, as well as advising customers on upcoming promotions and events. In addition to on site assistance a Guest Services Representative is available in the office to sell you BC Transit Bus Passes and Uptown Gift Cards.
Our Community Meeting Room is now available for bookings!
Uptown offers the use of a Community Meeting Room to businesses and non-profit groups, as well as private bookings, for a nominal fee. Conveniently located on Level 1 Green next to Guest Services.
Amenities include: kitchenette, TV, 12 person boardroom
Half day fee: $50 for business, $25 for non-profit
Full day fee: $100 for business, $50 for non- profit
