Please note, we do not allow events that solicit attendance, business, or sales. This is inclusive of charging an event admission or charging for food or products once inside The Courts at Uptown.
FAQs
All set up and take down must happen during the time of your booking. Storage is not available for before or after your booking
Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are allowed to be consumed in the park area only. Please see our list of preferred Uptown vendors. Food and Beverage is not permitted on the pickleball courts.
The Courts at Uptown are not licensed for alcohol. If you are interested in having alcohol, a special event license and liability insurance is required for the consumption of alcohol, as well as the presence of someone with Serving It Right. Presentation of documentation required prior to booking.
The cleaning fee goes towards cleaning of the courts, turf, tables, chairs, after each booking to ensure the area is good condition for the next guest. The space is to be left how you found it, free of any debris or materials you brought to the booking. Failure to leave the space in the condition it was given will result in use of your damage deposit for additional cleaning.
