Gift Cards

Uptown Gift Cards offer the gift of choice, redeemable at more than 80 retailers across the centre. Cards can be purchased through our Administration Office, with values ranging from $5 to $500. Corporate purchases are also available.

Lost & Found

Misplaced an item during your visit? Uptown Security manages our lost and found and would be happy to assist. Contact the team at 250-588-1284 or visit their office, located in P1 Green.

Parking

Uptown offers convenient, stress-free parking with over 2,800 stalls throughout the parkade and along Uptown Boulevard. Guests enjoy three hours of complimentary parking, with additional short-stay options along the Boulevard for quick pick-ups and pop-ins.
For easy access to select medical offices and quick-service retailers, Level 4 of the parkade provides the most direct entry

Your safety is our priority at Uptown. Our Security team operates around the clock, supported by advanced camera monitoring, joint patrols with Saanich Police, and a dedicated rapid-response unit.
