Social impact is part of our DNA. In everything we do, we are committed to supporting the two pillars of a healthy community: personal well-being and community diversity.

Community Partnerships

We offer community spaces such as plazas, open spaces, a public library, space for
community and non-profit groups to serves the community. We also offer space for
community groups and non-profit groups that serve our community.

Community Donations + Foodbank partnerships

Our internal team contribute paid volunteer hours to local food banks as well as financial
contributions.

Through events and programming, our teams raise funds for local food banks, not for
profits and local initiatives including hospital foundations, schools, kids’ sports teams
and further fundraising events.
