Take a twirl on the Rink on Nordic Boulevard this upcoming winter season. Your General Admission ticket guarantees your groups spot on the ice on the date and time you select.

You will need to complete a questionnaire related to COVID-19 before entering the Rink. If anyone inyour party doesn’t pass, you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.
Temperature checks will be conducted on every person upon entering The Rink. Guests that do not pass the temperature check will be asked to remain outside of The Rink and will be contacted to reschedule their appointment.
A maximum of 6 guests per booking are permitted within The Rink at one time. With the limited capacity, we ask that anyone not participating to remain outside of the Rink.
All guests are required to use alcohol-based hand sanitizer before entering. All touch points will be sanitized after each visit.
Face masks are mandatory for up until entry onto the Rink. They can be removed once on the Rink.

Things to know
• Each booking is 30 minutes in length • Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to check in and lace-up • The Rink guests will be asked to sign a waiver • Minors will need a parent guardian to sign for them if they are under 18 • Skates can be rented for $2 each. If you have your own, please feel free to bring them to use. If you require skates for rental, please include your shoe size in the booking notes. Limited sizing available.

• Please lace up your skates before entering the Rink. Benches will be provided • No roughhousing or slamming against the boards • No hockey or sports materials allowed on the ice • No food or drink allowed on The Rink • Follow Health and Safety guidelines set forth by The Rink attendants
Safety Protocols
Let’s work together to help keep each other safe! Take the pledge with us. The Rink pledges to:

• Wash and sanitize our hands frequently • Wear masks in efforts to better protect our guests and those around us • Clean and sanitize all surfaces and guests frequently and in accordance to VIHA • Perform staff wellness checks and require sick employees to stay home • Limit capacity on the Rink to promote social distancing

Preventing congregating
• Guests are asked to book appointments with people inside their bubble. Maximum of 6 people per booking • Guests will pay and book an appointment online, eliminating line-ups • Appointments are 30 minutes long and guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes before to check-in and sign their waiver • Guests are required to provide their name, phone number and email
address upon booking for contact tracing

• Online booking and payment are contactless, eliminating the need for guests to touch POS machines • Appointments will be scheduled to ensure adequate time for added cleaning procedures
