Guest Services Manager
Location: Victoria, BC (Uptown)** • Full-Time (35–40 hrs/week)**

Salon Felice is an Aveda salon that blends creativity, wellness, and luxury in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We believe that every guest deserves to feel cared for, inspired, and beautiful — inside and out. We’re looking for a Guest Services Manager who loves people, thrives in a team environment, and brings positive energy to every interaction.

What You’ll Do

• Support our front desk/concierge team with kindness, clarity, and enthusiasm

• Support our front desk/concierge team with kindness, clarity, and enthusiasm

• Help guests feel welcome from the moment they walk in the door• Oversee bookings, payments, scheduling, and communication with ease

• Resolve challenges with empathy and a solutions-first mindset

• Track key goals (rebooking %, retail performance, reviews) and celebrate wins

• Keep our retail shelves looking beautiful + stocked• Contribute to social media posts (IG/FB) & help maintain our online voice

• Partner with leadership to support smooth day-to-day salon flow

 

Who You Are

• A warm, confident communicator with a natural ability to make people feel cared for

• Organized and comfortable managing multiple moving parts

• Experienced in salon/spa, hospitality, retail, or team leadership roles

• Friendly, positive, and excited about teamwork and growth

• Comfortable with Instagram, Facebook, and Canva
