The First Day of Fall is here and what better way to welcome the change in the season than celebrating Oktoberfest! Uptown will be hosting it’s first ever Oktoberfest event with Whole Foods Market. This event will take place in the parking area out front of Whole Foods Market with local Brews and bites, games and live music.
Like the traditional Volksfest, the celebration will begin when Mayor Fred Haynes taps the first keg to open the festival for all. This event is open to all ages and admission is free. Family friendly activities during this event include an inflatable obstacle course, kid’s games and crafts as well as face painting. Whole Foods Market will be serving Beers from local breweries and sausage from local vendors available for purchase at the event. Each guest will receive a FREE Beer stein with the purchase of their first beer.
In addition, if there is anything you, our retailers, would like to add to the Oktoberfest Event that aligns with your business we would love to hear about it. please contact Cynthia Frias at email@example.com.
The more the merrier! We would love for one and all to join in the fun. Hope to see you there.
