As a Guest Services Representative you are:

You will work directly with the Guest Services Supervisor on all aspects of the guest experience, both front line and behind the scenes. Responsibilities will range from office administration and reporting, team motivation and leadership, as well as event and programming support for Marketing. Uptown and Guest Services will be your bread, providing an amazing guest experience will be your butter.
Experience in customer service or guest hospitality, team leadership and office administration (Microsoft Office suite) are required, along with the ability to manage multiple requests and timelines in this dynamic and fast paced environment. Problem solving skills, flexibility and resourcefulness are also essential. A willingness to roll up your sleeves and get involved will be necessary to ensure an amazing guest experience year round at our property.
Strong communication skills and a positive, upbeat attitude will be key to your success; assisting guests, tenants and working with the Management team. Staying organized and planning ahead will be crucial to executing your creative ideas as well as a fun and can-do attitude.
