Join Lole ambassador, yoga instructor and holistic nutritionist Deena for a 5 week Baptiste-inspired power yoga series. This series is designed to focus on exploring, understanding and applying the 5 pillars of a powerful and safe yoga practice: breath, gaze, foundation, heat and flow. The breakdown of each pillar will make all styles of yoga more accessible while building strength, endurance and flexibility. This is a transformational experience physically, mentally and spiritually. All are encouraged to take part in this FREE program, from beginners to advanced yogi’s and everybody in between!
